Metal Slitting

We offer precision metal slitting with our 52" wide driven head slitter with a 33 foot deep looping pit, tension stand, and shimless tooling with beveled knives. We have PVC capabilities on all slit widths and master coils. Inline packaging line adds to quality of the final product. Metal slitting available from .0078 to .125 gauge aluminum and .0065 to 16 gauge coated and stainless steel. All incoming coils must have a 16-24” I.D. with a 74” max O.D. and all outgoing coils will have a 16” or 20” I.D. only.
